LeadLens Call Tracker (“LeadLens,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is an enterprise Android application designed for authorized employees to track business call activity and synchronize business call metadata with the LeadLens CRM platform.

This Privacy Policy explains what information the application collects, how it is used, how it is protected, and your rights regarding your information.

By using the LeadLens Call Tracker application, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

02. Who Can Use This Application

LeadLens Call Tracker is intended exclusively for authorized employees of organizations using the LeadLens CRM platform.

User accounts are created and managed by the organization. Users cannot create accounts directly within the application.

03. Information We Collect

The application may collect the following information after the required permissions have been granted and call tracking has been enabled by the user.

Account Info

  • Employee ID
  • Full Name
  • Email address
  • Organization details

Call Metadata

  • Phone number
  • Call direction
  • Call duration & time
  • System call identifier

Device Info

  • Android version
  • Application version
  • Device model
  • Internal app identifiers

04. Information We Do NOT Collect

LeadLens Call Tracker does not:

Record telephone conversations
Record microphone audio
Access photos or videos
Read contacts
Access location
Read SMS or personal messages

The application only processes business call metadata required for CRM synchronization.

05. Android Permissions

To perform its functions, the application requests the following Android permissions:

READ_CALL_LOG

Used to read business call metadata including phone number, duration, call type, and timestamp to synchronize with the LeadLens CRM platform.

READ_PHONE_STATE

Used to detect the start and end of business calls so that call metadata can be synchronized accurately.

FOREGROUND SERVICE

Used only after the user explicitly taps Start Tracking. A persistent notification remains visible, and tracking can be stopped at any time.

POST_NOTIFICATIONS

Used to display the required Android foreground service notification while call tracking is active.

06. How We Use Information

Collected information is used solely to:

Synchronize business call activity with LeadLens CRM
Display business call history inside dashboard
Generate sales activity reporting metrics
Support relationship management operations
Improve application reliability metrics
Provide secure customer support

The information is not used for advertising or marketing purposes.

07. Data Sharing

LeadLens does not sell personal information.

Collected information is transmitted securely only to LeadLens servers for business CRM functionality. LeadLens does not share user data with advertising networks or unrelated third parties.

Information may be disclosed only when required by applicable law.

08. Foreground Service Operation

Call tracking begins only after the user explicitly selects the “Start Tracking” option within the application.

While tracking is active, Android displays a persistent notification. Users are informed that call tracking is running and may stop tracking at any time. The application does not automatically start call tracking on device boot or application launch.

09. Data Security

LeadLens protects user information using industry-standard security measures including:

  • HTTPS encrypted communication
  • Secure authentication protocols
  • Access control list implementations
  • Secure cloud infrastructure

Although we use reasonable security practices, no method of electronic transmission is completely secure.

10. Data Retention

Business call metadata is retained only as long as required to provide CRM functionality or comply with applicable legal obligations.

11. User Choices

Users may:

  • Start call tracking manually.
  • Stop call tracking at any time.
  • Revoke Android permissions through device settings.
  • Contact their organization regarding account management.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be published on this page together with the revised effective date.
